Computer & Network Security
The University of Dundee has a Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) which can be contacted if you suspect that a response is needed to a computer or network security problem.

Regulations & policies
The University has regulations and policies which set standards for use of its networks and IT facilities. It requires all users of these facilities to abide by the rules and those of other computing and network services including:
- JANET Acceptable Use Policy
- JANET security policy.

- UK Acts of Parliament as applicable (including the Computer Misuse Act)
