This page details the charges for telephony services that can be requested from ICS. These charges are effective from 1 August 2006 and were approved by the Network Improvement Programme Board. Charges will be reviewed on an annual basis and published for the following year by 1 March to assist with departmental budget planning and will also apply to new builds and refurbishments.
In most cases only one network outlet (network wall socket) is used to connect both an IP telephone and a computer to the network. Requests can also be made to connect an individual IP telephone or computer to the network. If you require a new network outlet for your phone, please see the Network Services charging pages.
