ICS recommend a range of Plantronics headsets and ancillary equipment that aim to meet the needs of most users of the IP telephony. The list below details recommended headsets currently available, their uses and costs. Please note that prices do not include VAT.

Recommended ancillary equipment

Donut or full ear cushions are a matter of preference. Some people think donut-style ear cushions enable a better sound quality but some people prefer the cushioning of a full ear cushion.
