To request a change to the number you need to forward calls to when your number is busy or is unanswered.
The extension number you are forwarding to should be aware that they will be required to take your calls on occasion. Forwarding is only available to internal numbers. Forwarding to external numbers, ie mobiles is only available at the request of a budget holder in your dept. The request should be the budget holder to the ICS Service Desk.
Your phone has the facility to forward ALL calls but this is set on the phone itself. If you have voicemail and wish your calls to first forward to another extension but then return to your voicemail, please indicate this below.
Your name will also be changed in the Call Logger which lets departments know which of their extensions are used by which staff.
