This information is also sent to Estates and Buildings who are responsible for the safety of all contractors and general works undertaken on campus.

The information you submit using the form below will allow ICS and Estates and Buildings to determine the impact of the works upon their current activities.

Completion of this form does not constitute an acceptance that the work may progress. ICS, Estates and Buildings and other stakeholders, as appropriate, will review the information provided prior to making an assessment of suitability for go-ahead. No work may commence without written permission from ICS.

Once you have submitted this form a confirmation message will appear and your request will be sent to the ICS Service Desk who will log your request and provide you with an incident reference number. You will be contacted about your request within 5 working days.
