How can I pay?

The preferred method of payment is paying online at the Pay2Print website. The system accepts most debit and credit cards including Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa and Mastercard.

You may also pay by cash at one of the Pay2Print machines located at:

What is the minimum payment that I can credit to my print account?

The minimum payment you can make to your account online is £5.00. The maximum is £100.00.

How much does it cost to print?

Black and white printing costs:

A4 duplex (double-sided) - 4p per side (8p per page)
A4 single sided - 5p per page
A3 duplex - 8p per side (16p per pge)
A3 single sided - 10p per page

Colour printing costs:

A4 duplex - 24p per side (48p per page)
A4 single sided - 30p per page
A3 duplex - 48p per side (96p per page)
A3 single sided - 60p per page

How do I check my Pay2Print balance?

Log on to a PC in any ICS IT Suite. Simply double click on the "£" icon found in the Notification Area (on the bottom, right hand corner of the screen.) A window will open showing your current Pay2Print balance.

You may also check your Pay2Print balance by logging on to any Pay2Print cash machine.

To review or add to your balance online see the Pay2Print website.
