Pay2Print Wireless

The information on this page is aimed at University of Dundee teaching staff and matriculated students who want to use IT Suite printing facilities using their Pay2Print account.

Further information about departmental printing facilities may also be available on departmental webpages.

New for 2010 - you can now print using Pay2Print wireless.

When using your own laptop and connected to UoD WiFi, you can send print jobs to any ICS Pay2Print printer in the University using your Pay2Print account.  Top up your Pay2Print account.

ICS printers are available in various locations around the University.

About Pay2Print Wireless

Pay2Print Wireless meets the basic printing requirements for students and staff without requiring print drivers to be installed on your computer. The most commonly used file formats are supported, along with a page range and number of copies. Supported Office formats (PDF 169KB)

How it Works
You will use your web browser to interact with Pay2Print Wireless.  Download the Wireless Pay2Print Guide and it will guide you through a simple process of:

The server will process your request and send the print data to a print release station. You will need to go to an ICS, IT suite, Print Release Station, identify yourself using your University username and print your document at the station.

A status window will open - follow the instructions. You should leave this status window open until your request is complete.
