Guidelines for disabled students taking examinations by computer

You will receive information about the date, time and venue of the examination from your module leader or department, or Registry in the case of degree examinations. You are also advised to refer to Regulations for the Conduct of Examinations.

Recommendations

If you wish to use a computer or other IT equipment during an examination, a meeting with Disability Services is required. Your recommendations to use IT equipment will be passed the relevant departments to ensure you have access to IT facilities for your exams.

Training in using IT during examinations

ICS provide training and IT exam familiarisation sessions to students throughout the year. If you would like an IT exam familiarisation sessions please contact ICS Service Desk or Disability Services
