The University makes available additional support, software, equipment and training to ensure that C&IT is accessible and easy to use. The University employs an IT Disability Support Specialist to:

Assisitive technology available at the University
A range of information and resources about C&IT in relation to disability issues is available. Its main focus is to give practical links and advice on best practice use of technology to support disabled users.
The Alternative format project will research and develop technology to enable the University to convert and produce material for print disabled people. The project will investigate the most efficient way to convert electronic and printed material into alternative formats
