Please follow the naming convention for generic mailboxes.
A generic mailbox needs a person with a live GroupWise account to be the owner of it. The name of a mailbox for meeting rooms require to be in a 3-part format. "ROOM", then a two letter building name eg Park Place would be PP, then the room number eg 01. A full example of this would be "ROOM-PP-01".
