Unadvertised Posts
The majority of vacant positions within the University of Dundee are advertised, however it is recognised that there are exceptions.
Examples of such exceptions are :
- A research grant has been awarded on the basis that the work is carried out by a named researcher.
- The work is of a temporary (normally 3 months or less) nature
- Hourly Paid Academic Staff
Unadvertsied posts should not be processed through the eRecruitment system, instead, a New Appointment Authorisation Form should be completed.
