Staff ID Cards

As a new member of staff you are required to carry a University of Dundee Staff Card. The distinctive cards enhance security on campus and can be used by staff as validation that they are engaged on University business when working off campus. The cards are also now required to gain access to the University Library and sports facilities.

Once Human Resources has received your signed contract, we will send you notification of your Staff Identification Number. In order to produce your Staff ID card, you should wait until you have started your employment with the University, and then take the notification form with you to the main reception area of the Registry.
