The Academic Staff Annual Review for 2012 will commence on Monday 21 May 2012. All submissions for the Review must be returned to your College HR Officer by Friday 6 July 2012.

In response to news of the award to the University of Dundee, the Chair of the University Concordat Steering Group, Wellcome Trust Principal Research Fellow and Vice Principal and Head of College of Life Sciences, Professor Doreen Cantrell said 'Thanks go to the often unrecognised efforts of colleagues across the University in understanding and developing a work enivornment for our researchers who are key to our success. Great progress has been made in the support offered to develop their careers and skills. We shall continue to work hard to build on this progress and the award by the Commission is very welcomed indeed'.

University Court met on Friday, 3 September 2010 and approved the launch of a Voluntary Severance (VS) scheme, which is open to all staff. The purpose of launching a VS scheme at this time is to specifically support the aims and objectives of the University's Strategic Review.
