How did Mary Queen of Scots' Court differ from her predecessors' ?

This research is focused upon Mary's Court in Scotland, how it was organized spatially and its procedures, to examine the extent to which it differed from her mother's or father's, and the extent to which it was influenced by her upbringing in France. It will then assess the extent to which the queen organized her court may have influenced reactions to it.
