We are a young, enthusiastic inner city Dundee practice who are new to training at Registrar level (although we are used to having undergraduates and PRHOs). We provide a full range of medical services for a list of 4700 patients - a population with a lot of deprivation problems.

The "team" consists of 3 full-time GPs:

DR CHRIS ROBSON (DEPUTY)
DR IAIN PROCTOR

SHEILA WHYTE is our Practice Manager. We have 3 Practice Nurses, 3 District Nurses, 2 Health Visitors, a Practice Pharmacist and 5 reception/office staff. We run various Health Management/Promotion clinics including CHD, COPD, ASTHMA, DIABETES, 75+, CHILD HEALTH, ANTE-NATAL, DRUG DEPENDENCY (held by a keyworker from the local Drug Dependency Unit), and a Community Psychiatric Nurse holds a clinic weekly. We also give contraception and vaccination/immunisation services. We are a member of the local LHCC and DDOC out -of -hours group. LOCHEE HEALTH CENTRE is situated in newly extended premises, accessible to the disabled and well placed for local facilities, bus routes etc.
