The University has earmarked £200 million pounds for construction projects to take place over a five year period.
The latest stage of campus development is the building work on the Heathfield site. This will be the site for new student residences and will be completed in spring 2006.
The short-term impact of this work is the loss of around 200 parking spaces. These will be re-gained in the long term, as building work is completed and new parking spaces become available.
