Hosted Web Sites
The University hosts sites on its web servers, including:
- Designing for the 21st Century Initiative - The Engineering & Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) and the Arts & Humanities Research Council (AHRC) have created the Designing for the 21st Century Initiative as a vehicle for supporting design research over a five-year period from 2005-2009.
- Dundee Diabetes Research Centre - The Centre is a joint venture between the Faculty of Life Sciences and the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Nursing, and currently hosts over 25 research teams that have a shared interest in Diabetes research.
- Dundee University Press - DUP is a joint venture between the University of Dundee and Edinburgh-based publishers Birlinn.
- Display Masters - A Masters Training Programme in Displays Technology, Systems and Applications which is sponsored by the EPSRC and run by Dundee University in collaboration with the Universities of Abertay Dundee, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Napier, Oxford and Nottingham Trent.
- Fife and Tayside Metropolitan Area Network (FaTMAN) - a high speed network in Fife and Tayside, and a consortium of Abertay, Dundee & St Andrews
- International Philosophy of Nursing Society - The International Philosophy of Nursing Society (IPONS) was launched in September 2003. The broad purpose of the Society is to bring together individuals from different countries into an international network to promote and support the growing discipline of philosophy of nursing.
- Longitudinal Studies Centre - Scotland (LSCS) - The Longitudinal Studies Centre - Scotland (LSCS) is responsible for the establishment, support and maintenance of the Scottish Longitudinal Study (SLS). This dataset includes a large sample of the Scottish population and links together various demographic, socio-economic and health data about these individuals.
- Nursing Midwifery and Allied Health Professionals Research Training Scheme (NMAHP) - This Consortium includes the departments of Nursing and Midwifery in Dundee, Stirling, Aberdeen and the Robert Gordon University.
- Perth and Scone Medical Group - Perth and Scone Medical Group is a GP training practice and regularly accepts 4th year students from the University. Dr Shackles is also an Associate Advisor at the GP Postgraduate Unit, Tayside Central Centre for General Practice.
- Promoting Partnership Initiative - A collaborative venture between the universities of St Andrews and Dundee
- REWIND
- Scottish Institute for Policing Research (SIPR) - a collaboration between 13 Scottish universities, including Dundee, established to carry out high quality, independent research and to make evidence-based contributions to policing policy and practice.

- UK Cystic Fibrosis Database - This database is now operational in all Regional CF Centres in the country, recording clinical data on an ongoing, annual basis.
