Time Allocation Schedules

For each survey period please download the Excel version of the TAS. Three versons are available:-

Standard Form - a single sheet form for you to complete your time in percentages for the full survey period.
Form with daily aide memoir - this form contains an additional sheet for you to complete your time in hours per day, if you would prefer to do so. The standard form will automatically populate the figures in the aide memoir.
Form with weekly aide memoir - this form contains an additional sheet for you to complete your time and hours per week, if you would prefer to do so. The standard form will automatically populate from the figures in the aide memoir.

Completion of an aide memoir is entirely optional.

The TAS should be completed and saved, then e-mailed as an attachement to the TRAC Team.
