Payment of Fees
General Information


Tuition Fees

Tuition fees must be paid in full on or before you matriculate or may be paid in eight monthly instalments by direct debit. If you are unsure whether you are liable to pay tuition fees please check the Payment Guides at

Payment in Full

Tuition fees can be paid by direct bank transfer or online by debit or credit card at https://www.ecommercegateway.co.uk/dundee/epay/.
Information on paying by bank transfer is given in the Payment Guides http://www.dundee.ac.uk/registry/main/com/fees/index.htm.

Payment by Instalment

The direct debit instalment plan consists of 8 monthly payments from mid October until mid May. Complete the direct debit mandate at http://www.dundee.ac.uk/finance/mainfunctions/student/dd.htm and print the form. The bank account holder must sign and date the form and return it to the CASH OFFICE, NETHERGATE, DUNDEE, DD1 4HN before 26 September.

Distance learning students wishing to pay module or programme fees by instalment should contact the Cash Office by email cashoffice@dundee.ac.uk or by telephone +44 (0)1382 388911

Amount to Pay

If you are an overseas entrant student, the amount to pay is stated in your offer, firm acceptance and admissions letters. If you are a self-funding UK/EU entrant student or a continuing student you can find the relevant fee for your course at http://www.dundee.ac.uk/registry/main/com/fees/index.htm. Please deduct any scholarship amount you may have been awarded.


Residence Fees

Residence fees must be paid in full before 21 September or may be paid in eight monthly instalments by direct debit.

Payment in Full

Residence fees can be paid by direct bank transfer or online by debit or credit card at http://www.buyat.dundee.ac.uk/ (From the menu, choose Product Catalogue > Residences > Payments). The amount payable is the amount per the student’s accommodation contract (variable) less the booking fee of £300. Payment by Instalment

Amount to Pay

If you are an entrant student who applied online, the amount to pay is stated on your accommodation offer. You can view your offer from the online residences service. Log in to your e-Vision account at https://evision.dundee.ac.uk/ and from Intray select the Online Residences Service (ORS) message. From the ORS Home Page, select “Contracts” in order to view your accommodation offer.

Continuing students do not have access to the Online Residences Service. The amount to pay is stated in your Accommodation Contract. If you have misplaced your contract, please contact the Residences Office.

If you want to visit the Cash Office, this is located on the ground floor of the Tower Building on the City Campus. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 1.00 pm.
