nearly 40 years ago. In planning our future it is vital that we create an environment to
attract the best possible students and staff and we need your help to do this.

- best institution to work in as a scientist (Scientist Magazine)
- third highest research income generated (pro-rate against RAE submissions
- steady stream of spin-out companies
