Academic Staff Hours Allocation Model

The School Management Committee have revised the Hours Allocation Model as a result of further guidance from the College and as a result of the presentation by the School's Balanced Profile Project team.

The model below will use for the 2011-12 session. Please treat this as a pilot.

If we encounter problems we may need to fix them as they occur. Other suggestions for improvement can be fed back to the Balanced Profile Project team via the Associate Deans as we continue to review and implement their recommendations.
