There has been considerable change on Campus over the last few years and these works are ongoing. These changes are for the benefit of us all as we modernise and upgrade our working environment to confirm Dundee University's position as an institution of excellence.
During these times of change it is inevitable that some disruption will occur to our daily routines and this is perhaps most apparent in the reduced number of parking spaces that are now available. In anticipation of this the University set in train a number of initiatives including car sharing schemes, a green travel initiative, extra bike enclosures and off-campus parking.
Underpinning all of this is the real need for all of us to reconsider how we come to work and question the need to travel exclusively by car.
All of the changes that are happening to the Campus, including the policies on parking and associated regulations, have been endorsed by University Court and were communicated via Hermes previously.
University employees whose function is to implement the policies cannot be held responsible for them, so, if you have any comments to make regarding parking on Campus you should send an email to EB-ParkingComments@dundee.ac.uk and refrain from direct approaches to traffic wardens and administrative staff.
