Erasmus offers a great opportunity for academic and non teaching staff to undertake a teaching exchange or work placement in either a host institution or private company. You can get to know first-hand the workings of another European educational system or private company, learn new ideas and discover best practices to take back to the UK. So don’t let the students be the only ones to benefit! Develop your international network and enhance your language skills too.
There are 4 different types of funding available to staff at Dundee University under the Erasmus Programme:
Funding is also available to receive an employee from the private sector to teach on your programme. These staff can give an invaluable contribution to your students from the work perspective. The funds and paperwork required are the same as that for a Staff Teaching Exchange. If you are interested in exploring this further please contact the staff at Global Programmes.
Please note that funding may not cover all the costs incurred by these visits and that the School maybe expected to make a contribution.
