Friday 20th Jan
At this one-day event organized jointly by DJCAD, University of Dundee and the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts, key representatives from the UK Design Management community met to discuss the changing nature of 21st Century Design Management curriculum. The event was supported by the AHRC and the Design Council and featured presentations from: University of Lancaster, University of the Arts London, University of Oxford, Birmingham City University, University of Staffordshire, Ravensbourne College of Art and Design, Brunel University, University of Northumbria and the University of Borås, Sweden
Each speaker described their experience in developing and delivering curriculum for their respective audiences. This will provided an invaluable platform for discussion amongst workshop participants about what DM knowledge needs to be developed, how this should happen and in what form it should be packaged for maximum impact.
