Every new student will be sent a matriculation schedule from their department. This will contain both personal and academic details relating to your programme of study. You will be asked to confirm or amend as appropriate and return to the academic department as soon as possible.
The Registry will then set up your student record on the central University system and will issue you a student ID card. As soon as the department receives your completed schedule, the card will be posted to you.
As part of the formal registration or matriculation process as a University of Dundee student, our colleagues in Information & Communication Services (ICS) will provide the department with your log-in details which they will forward on to you.
This log-in and password will give you automatic access to eVision, our on-line student system. You can use this to check the personal details the University holds about you, as well as see details of your academic progress, such as results and assessment information. You should note that for each subsequent year of study, you will be able to matriculate by accessing the appropriate page in eVision.
