Staff at DHS&RU have made significant contributions to the conduction of national dental inspections in Scotland over many years. This has included assistance with training and quality control and production of the corresponding reports.
Two separate series of reports have been produced: Those of the Scottish Health Boards' Dental Inspection Programme from 1987 to 1999/2000 and those of the National Dental Inspection Programme from 2003.
