Brief Biography

On leaving college, Hazel worked for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London for nine years as a secretary. In 1999, she relocated to Scotland doing temporary work in Edinburgh for six months. Hazel joined the University of Dundee in 2000, initially working in The Principal's Office. She took up the post of DHSRU Unit Secretary in March 2001. On 1 June 2009, Hazel took up the post of Administrative Assistant on the HTA NIHR INTERVAL Trial. Hazel provides administrative support for all aspects of the Feasibility Study for this Trial which aims to examine the pros and cons of different recall intervals for dental patients.
