Entry Requirements
The course is open to:
- Disease registry staff
- Physicians
- Nurses
- Health workers
- Health-related professionals
- Post-graduate students
The course is suitable for those interested in initiating or pursuing work on prevention and epidemiology of chronic diseases, global health and related disciplines. Priority is given to applicants from low and medium income countries at the World Bank definition. All participants must be fluent in English, the working language of the course.
Minimum academic requirement
Bachelor-level degree (or equivalent) is essential, a Master-level degree is recommended. In addition, at least two years relevant work experience in the health sector is advised.
