University Email and calendaring - dmail

From 9th January 2011, Dundee University will migrate the email and calendaring system to Microsoft Office 365 – a cloud based service based on Microsoft Exchange, known internally as dm@il. Click here to view a document providing step-by-step instructions for setting up supported mail clients for both PC and Mac and details of settings for mobile devices and unsupported mail clients.

Important Note:

To Configure Outlook your Email address and username must be in the correct format:

E.g. If your name is Barry Smith and your email address is b.r.smith@dundee.ac.uk, the correct settings to configure Outlook are:

Email Address:   b.r.smith@dundee.ac.uk

Username:   brsmith@dundee.ac.uk (no dots in username)
