Clinical Research can only be done with the help of volunteers and is vital not only for the development of new treatments but also in forming decisions about which existing treatments work best. Cafe Science and Cafe Science extra

Cafe Science Dundee is one of many Cafe Scientifique's which are run all over the world. Cafe Science is a forum for debating science issues where anyone can come and relax with a cup of coffee and explore the latest ideas in science and technology. Cafe Science events are held in Borders Starbuck's cafe at 7pm on the last monday of every month.

Cafe Science extra showcases cutting-edge research performed by younger scientists and are held in Sensations award winning Infusions cafe, at 6pm on the second wednesday of every month.
