The Biomarker and Drug Analysis Core Facility provides analytical services for quantitative and qualitative analyses of soluble biomarkers, drug compounds and metabolites with state-of-the-art LC-MS/MS and immunoassay instruments.

Flow Cytometry Core Facility
The flow cytometry core facility provides support and training to staff and students, and advice to those planning to employ the technique in their research. Training can be provided on a number of bench-top flow cytometers. A cell sorting service is also offered. The facility is open to all staff and outside contract work is welcomed. Genetics Core Services Unit
The primary aim of the Unit is to provide genetic analysis services to the University of Dundee and NHS Trust Departments within Ninewells Hospital and Medical School. The Service is also available to external research and clinical groups, capacity permitting. Funds accumulated through the successful operation of the Service are used to support the development of the Genetics Core Services Unit within the Medical School.
