  • Profile
  • Motiar Rahman graduated in Civil Engineering from Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh in 1984. Following work in industry in different capacities, he obtained an MSc in Construction Project Management from Hohai University, China in 1998 and PhD from University of Hong Kong in 2003. This was followed by working at the University of Hong Kong as Research Associate and Research and Development manager. He took up a Lectureship at the University of Glamorgan in June 2006, and joined the Division of Civil Engineering at the University of Dundee in January 2009. His research focuses on construction procurement and industry development.
