Peter Davies is an Honorary Professor at the Centre. He recently retired as Chief Economist of British Petroleum in London where he was responsible for BP's analysis of global energy and oil markets and the external business environment. He was also responsible for the publication of the BP Statistical Review of World Energy. He has held previous posts as an economist at Chase Manhattan Bank, The World Bank, the Government of Swaziland (as a Fellow of the Overseas Development Institute) and the University of Warwick. He holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics from the University of Warwick.
