Professor for Domestic and International Civil and Commercial Law, Comparative and Private International Law; Director, Institute for Banking Law and Center for Transnational Law (CENTRAL), University of Cologne, Germany; Operator of www.trans-lex.org, a web-based codification platform for transnational commercial law.
