Mining Research and Resources - Government agreements
CEPMLP is contributing to the study of a model mineral development agreement, a project of the IBA Mining Law Committee in association with other partners. An excel spreadsheet of various agreements, and laws and commentary about agreements, is available here. Many of these are available freeonline, and where URLs are known, these are included in the spreadsheet.
