LL.M. in Mineral Law and Policy

The aim of this forum is to offer to the participants a venue in which the current issues on mining law and policy; the management of social, economic and environmental impacts of mining activities and the ways in which the concept of sustainable development could be applied to the mineral industry, can be discussed. Government representatives, professionals and academics interested in participating in this forum can contact Patricia Perrie.

The forum should allow for courteous and informative communication on subjects of possible significance to the membership of the group.   Posting of offensive or abusive messages may result in removal from the list, at the discretion of Dr Elizabeth Bastida or Janeth Warden-Fernandez.
