Advisory Project on Security of International Oil and Gas

Phare Energy Charter Treaty Round III
A prestigious 1 million Euro project awarded to the Centre in 1998 under the Phare Technical Assistance Programme of the European Commission.  The consultancy, entitled ‘Energy Charter Treaty Round III' assisted in the modernisation of the energy legislation of thirteen Eastern European countries.

The China Programme
