CEPMLP Reference Resources Room
The CEPMLP Information Service houses the extensive CEPMLP Reference Collection. The dedicated service has been developing a wide range of services since the Centre was established back in the 1970s.
This small, comfortable resource and study area provides CEPMLP staff and students with access to a wide range of publications and journals and the service is also open to external visiting researchers to the Centre.

The area is fully serviced with wireless access, computing and printing facilities and a quiet study area in the Reading Gallery. |

Some of the reference material which can be accessed here include:
- Professor Thomas Walde collection - A collection donated to the Centre by Mrs Charlotte Walde covering a wide range of subjects, mainly arbitration and international business transactions;
- Energy Charter Treaty collection donated to the Centre by Professor Peter Cameron;
- Iran/US Tribunal documentation - This is a special documentation collection which was donated by Professor Paul Stevens
- Journals - This collection covers a wide range of subjects, mainly from an industry perspective. The collection includes current and back copies;
- Conference Proceedings - This collection covers a wide range of subjects and includes International Bar Association proceedings over a number of years;
- Laws - book collection and documentation. This collection includes Mining Laws and Petroleum Laws from around the world;
- PCC Documentation Collection - This covers a wide range of subjects including energy law and environmental law;
- Contracts and Agreements - This collection includes model contracts and agreements in petroleum law and mining law;
- Maps and CEPMLP Staff publications;
- CEPMLP Student Dissertations 2010/2011;
- Annual Reports - this is a collection of recent annual reports for global oil companies and mining companies;
- Back copies of the Oil and Gas Journal.
In addition, the Information Service has a number of publications for sale via our online store. Many of which can be downloaded in pdf format.
CEPMLP students and external researchers can also benefit from all the resources provided by the University of Dundee Library and Learning Centre, including a distinct collection on Level 2 of the Main Library. These resources cover a wide range of subjects, including control of natural resources, licensing, contracts and agreements, energy law, mining, international business transactions and arbitration.
