CEPMLP Nuclear Law Bursary
Governments are increasingly considering the use of nuclear power to address energy supply challenges at the same as constraining greenhouse gas emissions. The Centre has established a number of CEPMLP Nuclear Law Bursaries to prepare professionals to meet the policy and commercial challenges faced by the nuclear energy industry.
Applicants for the LLM in International and Comparative Nuclear Law and Policy are eligible for the Bursary which is an award of £4,000 towards the cost of the tuition fee.
Method of Selection
Please note that there is no separate application form for the Bursary. All candidates who are offered admission to the LLM in International and Comparative Nuclear Law and Policy will be put forward for selection provided they submit a brief statement along with their application.
The first step, therefore, is to complete an online application for admission to the LLM in International and Comparative Nuclear Law and Policy. Once you have completed the online application you should then email Kathleen Shortt with a brief statement, max. 250 words, explaining why you think you should be considered for the bursary. Please ensure that you include your Student ID Number and full name in the email and statement.
All applications must be received by the 31 May 2009.
