System Administration workstream
Key areas of work
Principle areas of work:
- Ongoing system configuration and maintenance including the set up of users, suppliers, finance codes, addresses and workflow approval plans for the system.
- Assisting with implementation user enquiries about the system and passing on to relevant implementation team members.
- Providing a first point of contact for any system issues raised by the system.
- To assist in the execution of tests for integration and configuration in User Acceptance Testing.
