Dr Daniel Wade Clarke is a Lecturer in the Accounting & Finance Division at the School of Business, University of Dundee. He studied marketing initially at the universities of EUROMED Marseille and Westminster, and then at St Andrews where he gained a Masters (in Marketing) before completing his PhD (in Organization Studies). His thesis explored the decision making processes involved in managing organizational spaces and the activity of place making in small new business ventures. He has published work on teleworking, consumer perceptions of Fair Trade, and the sensory retail environment. Daniel is now working on three main projects: the representation of management researchers, the experience of early career management academics, and the experience of loved ones at endurance sport events. He also has a developing interest in the pedagogy of research degree supervision. Before joining the School of Business, University of Dundee in 2012, Daniel was a lecturer in Marketing at Liverpool Hope University.
