The Alzheimer's Research UK
is the UK’s leading dementia research charity specialising in finding preventions, treatments and a cure for dementia. We believe that science and innovation hold the key to defeating dementia.
It relies entirely on voluntary donations from individuals, companies and charitable trusts to fund its vital work and receives no government funding.
For every person with dementia only £61 is spent on UK research, compared with £295 for every cancer patient.
