Matriculation is the formal process of registration with Dundee University. On arrival, in order to undertake a programme of study, you must matriculate for each year of your programme.
Matriculation takes place at the beginning of each academic year in September, and continuing students are contacted in late August/early September about the process. Students starting in January have their own matriculation time. In both cases you will be emailed details of how and when to matriculate, and further information will be posted on the Welcome Week website.
On arrival at the University please report to your School Office. They will provide you with a matriculation schedule (form) for enrolling as a student. When you have completed this form, you should go to the Enquiry Centre at 2 Airlie Place between 12.00 – 14.00 Monday – Friday to complete your enrolment.
We will inform you by email of anything you need to bring, or do, before coming. As a minimum we will need proof of your identification.
Please visit the Welcome Week website for the most recent information, once you have applied to Dundee you will also find useful information on My Dundee for Applicants.
