Disability Services

Disability Services is part of Student Services and is based in the Ewing Annexe on the main University campus.

They offer a range of confidential services dedicated to the support and empowerment of disabled students. They also offer information and advice to University staff, including a variety of training opportunities to raise awareness of disability issues and to support staff in the provision of an inclusive and equitable learning environment.

They liaise closely with all other student support services in the University, and with all Academic, Administration and Service Departments.

Throughout all areas of University life, there are Disability Support Officers (DSOs) who are nominated by the Head of each Department. The DSOs assist their colleagues to meet the support needs of disabled students in their department. They are the first point of contact for Disability Services and enable us to disseminate information quickly to departments through the DSO network.

Visit the Disability Services website to obtain further details of their services and facilities. Alternatively, please phone (01382) 385402 or email: disability@dundee.ac.uk for further information.
