Zehao Zhang, from China, completed an MSc in Advanced Sustainability of the Built Environment in 2012  with Distinction

My name is Zehao Zhang and I previously studied Architecture in China. I choose this course because firstly my interest is focus on the sustainable development and sustainable design. Importantly, it is the high quality of teaching and the environment of study that stir my yearnings for this graduate program.

I really enjoy the lectures of this course, from which the very updated and detailed knowledge of sustainability can be acquired. This course also provides various opportunities of field work (e.g. the Crieff Study) and the small class studies and group discussions largely promote my language skills. Besides, this course will definitely help my career and job in the future as the sustainability has been the main topic of development worldwide, and China still have a lot of opportunities of pursuing this target.

My deepest gratitude goes first and foremost to the program leader and my supervisor, Mr Husam Alwaer, for his professional and guidance and patience in supervisions. I would also like to thank the responsible and diligent staff during my study at University of Dundee. All these experiences will be my forever unforgettable memories.
