Linda Florence graduated in 2003 with a BDes in Textile Design.
Linda won British Surface Design of the Year at The British Design Awards 2009.
Linda was recognised for her vinyl floor installation inspired by Sheffield cutlery which was exhibited at the Millennium Gallery.
Linda said: "It was wonderful to see my work at the Millennium Gallery nominated for the British Design Awards and I was thrilled to find out that it won - it was a great project to work on and I enjoyed researching the city's collections, working at the gallery and meeting visitors as I installed the design."
