Hina Hirani

Hina Hirani, from Scotland, graduated in 2012 with an MSc in Advanced Sustainability of the Built Environment with Distinction

As a practicing architect with over 14 years of experience, I always wanted to explore Sustainability within the Built Environment. This multi-disciplinary programme gave me a unique opportunity to meet leading players from Universities, Industry and Government in the area of my interest.

This course is designed for students from various backgrounds, providing a broad understanding of current sustainability issues, in a changing world of built environment. I found the course structure well designed helping broaden the horizon, and advancing skills and knowledge. This was facilitated by live projects and access to industry expertise and latest thinking.

The University staff are very helpful and I was highly impressed by the library facilities, with remote access.
