Aoife, from Belfast, graduated in English Law with Spanish (including an Erasmus year)

"I chose to study Law with Spanish at Dundee Law School because I always wanted to study in Scotland and Dundee was the only university in Scotland to offer English Law. I combined the study of law with a language because of the opportunities it will provide me in the global workplace.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the course. The smaller classes allows more direct teaching and enabled me to get to know other students more easily, providing a friendly yet hard-working environment.

Through my course, I had the opportunity to spend a year in Spain, studying law in the University of Granada. This was an amazing experience. Not only has my language improved but my knowledge of another culture has deepened. Through the Erasmus scheme I became good friends with people from Spain and throughout Europe.

I feel that I definitely chose the right University to attend. I have thoroughly enjoyed the course, the class numbers are a huge plus and the lecturers are friendly, approachable and professional. The chance to study abroad was a huge bonus and the experience of a life-time."
