Ajay Samuel, from India, is currently studying for an MRes in Crops for the Future.

"My name is Ajay and I am from India with a biotechnology background. Doing the MRes in Crops for the Future has to be one of the best decisions I have ever taken.

I have had the opportunity to get to know people from all over the world, as well as to study at the world renowned Scottish Crops Research Institute near Dundee.

The lectures, seminars and other teaching on this course was first class, allowing us to learn the latest techniques in plant science from some of the leading practitioners in the world.

The course is extremely comprehensive, covering practically everything you might wish to know about crop science, and the best bit has been working in a research laboratory doing my project.

The University of Dundee and the SCRI are one of the friendliest places I have worked, and there is a great atmosphere for study in this multicultural university where students come from all over the world to learn together and share experiences."
