My Dundee is the University of Dundee's web-based student portal, giving our students access to learning materials, student clubs and societies, and many other resources. It also provides access to University of Dundee webmail.
All students have a user account on My Dundee, and lecturers use My Dundee for a variety of purposes, including making class announcements, storing copies of lecture slides, and running discussion boards. Students can contact lecturers, submit assessments and complete on-line tests via My Dundee.
Staff at the University of Dundee are leading the way in the use of E-Learning, and have won several awards for their work.
After you apply to the University of Dundee, whilst we are considering your application, you will be able to use mini-versions of My Dundee, and the University of Dundee email system, plus access to our Student Management System, eVision. This is irrespective of whether an offer will be made to you, or not. If your application is unsuccessful, then your access to My Dundee will be withdrawn.
Via the My Dundee portal, we will be showing you, month by month, more about the full capabilities of this excellent tool, and at the same time providing more information about the University of Dundee, and the course you want to join. We hope that this will help you with informed decision making, and help with your preparation to join us.
We will write to you with your My Dundee username and password, after we have received your application. We will tell you the web address required to activate your account and change your initial password. Once you have done that you can return to this page, or go directly to the My Dundee login page.

If you feel that you need to see information about other subjects, for example, joint degree subjects, please contact asrs-mydundee@dundee.ac.uk, and we will arrange the access for you, then just follow the link at the right of the page.
Remember, once you are fully enrolled (matriculated) as a University of Dundee student, you will get full student access to My Dundee and our email systems.
